WorldWide Weather

What's New:

It has been quite a while since I last updated this web page, which was started in 1997, I believe.   I read a book on "Learning HTML 4.0 in a Week" and made the page using notepad.  No WYSIWYG web page editors back then! Fast-forward to 2017.   After Comcast stopped allowing web pages on its servers, I was offline for the past 2-3 years.   On March 9, 2017, I signed up with GoDaddy for 3 years with the domain "wxman57", which means Weatherman 1957, my profession and my birth year.

June 7, 2017:  Added a Houston Climatology page for daily normals/extremes for the two main airports.

March 29, 2017:  Added the College of DuPage excellent GOES-16 Satellite Viewer in the top table ("Tropical Satellite Imagery / ...") as well as a NE Australia Storm Tide site in the by the Australia Bureau of Meteorology in the "Operational Worldwide TC and Extratropical Storm Info" table.

March 10, 2017:  Visit my Hurricane Links page for all the best links to hurricane/typhoon info worldwide.

March 10, 2017:  Visit my International Radars page for all the best links to radar imagery from around the world.

March 10, 2017:  Visit my Making Meteograms document to learn how to construct a meteogram for your location. You'll need my two meteogram spreadsheets, the GFS Day 1-10 and the GFS Day 11-16 Extended.
